Thames Early Summer Rally 2019

We would like to invite you to our 2019 Rally at Harleyford Marina.

Although we all enjoy our afternoon meet-up evening meal at the Thames rally we would like to extend it
to a day to enable us to get some time out on the river with all those who attend.

When mooring bankside on the river we are unable to leave our moorings once paid for in fear of losing
it by the time we return, I therefore have arranged Harleyford as our next rally. All berths will be reserved
and booked for the use of the club only.

Harleyford Facilities

Plenty of on site parking • Use of a golf buggy for those unable walk far • Large estate to explore should
you wish to • Golf club and club house • Toilet facilities

Motor boaters wishing to attend by boat will have a marina berth at a reduced rate of £15 per night
(normally £30) which includes water and electric hookup if required.

We have been offered the option of setting up a marquee outside the marina office to enable us
to have a BBQ or alternatively book a room at the golf club for an evening meal.

Intended Itinerary

12.00pm Arrive at Harleyford Estate
1.00pm Leave the marina to cruise up river to Hambledon Lock and back (drinks and nibbles on board)
2.30pm• Return to marina for afternoon drinks and snacks (•approximate time)
4.30pm Committee meeting
6.30pm Make our way to Golf Club for evening meal (unless a BBQ is preferable)
