Frances 26 SNOWGOOSE
David and Susan Skinner like to sail in Scotland and moor 'Snowgoose', their Frances 26 Cutter, in Loch Creran. I didn't know where it was either, but you can find most things on the world wide web. I even found a picture of the loch.
Loch Creran
It's actually a few miles from Oban and the moorings are close to a place called Barcaldine. So what does David say about it?
"I've spent one of the hottest and calmest (not sailing but motoring) weeks on the west coast which Scotland can ever have experienced!"
'Snowgoose'
David claims the unshipshape sails are well, uncharacteristic. I think that means he normally makes a better job of stowing them!
