Phil Rowcliffe is a former member of the VSA, having owned JILL, a Frances 26. Phil has been in touch to say:
"I've just sold my boat and I'm now looking for a sensibly-priced late model Frances / Victoria 26 or a Vic 30 (without teak decks). If you know of anyone who wants to sell their boat perhaps you would kindly put us in touch."

Update 3 October 2014: Phil is now in the process of purchasing a Victoria 26, and is looking forward to (re-)joining the Association.
