The South Coast late season rally (2nd–3rd September 2017) is being organised to take place in the Beaulieu River, with boats on moorings and supper being taken in the Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Gins Clubhouse, on the Saturday evening.  The rally will be arranged by Tim and Dee Clarke, and those who plan to attend should notify Tim and Dee by e-mail to or by phone, which is Dee’s preferred means of contact, on 01420 538624.  The RSYC will guarantee an alongside berth for the event organiser and all other berths will be provided as available on the various moorings.  Services of the Club Bosun and launch shall be free of charge during normal working hours (0930-1830). The RSYC can offer an extended service outside of these hours on request but at additional cost, requirements must however be agreed in advance.  Costs and payment will be confirmed by the Bosun and will remain the responsibity of each boat attending.

Members attending should inform Dee of their boat details and menu choices by Saturday 12th August and be prepared to settle their bills at The Gins Clubhouse on completion of the evening meal.  The menu choices are:

To Start;
Gins Soup of the Day and Warm Bread (£5.40)
Creamed Chorizo and Field Mushroom Ragout, Grilled Breads (£6.50)
Smoked Salmon and Lemon Mascarpone Roulade Peppered Citrus Reduction (£6.50)

The Mains;
Open Lasagne of Ratatouille and Wontons, Balsamic Roasted Cherry Tomatoes (£9.95)
Braised Belly Pork, Olive Mash, Caramelised Apple Cider Jus (£12.50)
Breast of Corn Fed Chicken, Fondant Potato and Basil Sauce (£12.50)

To Finish;
Dark ChocolateTorte, Chantilly Cream (£6,00)
Apple and Cinnamon Crumble and Vanilla Custard (£6.25)
White Chocolate and Baileys Cheesecake (£6.50)
A selection of Cheese and Celery and Grapes (£8.50)

Although three choices are offered above for each course the kitchen is only able to prepare two choices on the night.  Those selected will be dictated by individuals preferences when confirming their requirements with Dee.

An additional vegetarian lasagne option is also available where required.
